Kooks Employee Ryan Reed Returns to Darlington

After making his 2021 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut in Richmond Raceway, Kooks Krew member Ryan Reed has yet another opportunity to be behind the wheel at Darlington Raceway.

After news broke earlier this month of GMS truck driver Raphael Lessard being out of a ride for the remainder of the 2021 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the No. 24 truck had an open seat, in which Reed had an opportunity to fill it.

GMS Racing announced Wednesday before the Darlington Liftkitsforless.com 200 truck race that Ryan would be piloting the No. 24 Tandem Diabetes Care Chevrolet Silverado. This marks Reeds third race in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series of the 2021 season.

Reed currently uses Tandem Diabetes Care t:slim X2 insulin pump to help manage his type 1 diabetes which is very important, especially when he is in the middle of race.

Kooks is once again very excited for Ryan’s opportunity to get back to doing what he loves, being behind the wheel and having a strong performance with the end goal reaching victory lane.

Additionally, Ryan competing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at Darlington is a bonus for Kooks being a sponsor for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series for the 2021 season. Let’s Get Kookin’!

Warning / California (Proposition 65)

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.
