Kooks Named The Official Header And Exhaust Of NMCA Dodge/Mopar HEMI Shootout Series For 2021 Season

Kooks sounds off as the 2021 NMCA official header and exhaust of the Dodge/Mopar HEMI Shootout

STATESVILLE, N.C. (April 14, 2021): Kooks is looking to fire on all cylinders again for 2021 by expanding its involvement in racing by being the official header and exhaust of the NMCA Dodge/Mopar HEMI Shootout Series. In addition, Kooks is a supporting 2021 contingency sponsor for all car classes of the the NMCA and NMRA series.

The NMCA Dodge/Mopar HEMI Shootout Series is fairly newer street-legal drag racing series compared to the other popular classes that many have come to love and participate in. The Dodge/Mopar HEMI Shootout class is exclusive to only 2005+ models and later Gen III HEMI-powered Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep vehicles on street-type tires. Rounds occur on Saturday of race weekend and practice sessions occur on Thursdsay and Friday. After the first couple events, the series has seen an overwhelming number of participants which will continue to grow as the 2021 season continues.

Kooks Headers and Exhaust is looking to use this opportunity to further promote their Dodge/Jeep/RAM/Hellcat product lines for their latest Super Street series headers, Torque Series headers, long tube headers, axle back products and Ultra GREEN cat connections to allow competitors to maximize their performance.

Both the Super Street Series headers and Torque Series headers were engineered to allow for direct bolt-on installation with an immediate boost to performance and torque without needing a tune. However, performance results may vary depending on vehicle setup and other modifications to the vehicle.

The 2021 NMCA Dodge/Mopar HEMI Shootout Series remaining schedule is listed below:

  • NMRA/NMCA Super Bowl of Street-Legal Drag Racing - WWT Raceway - Madison, IL - May 13-16, 2021
  • NMRA/NMCA Power Festival - US 131 Motorsports Park - Martin, MI - July 22-25, 2021
  • NMCA All-American Nationals - Summit Motorsports Park - Norwalk, OH - August 26-29, 2021
  • NMCA World Street Finals - Lucas Oil Raceway - Brownsburg, I­­­­N - September 23-26, 2021

Warning / California (Proposition 65)
